CAA certifies aviation personnel from the following categories:

Authorization of aircraft pilots is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to Convention on International Civil Aviation, JAR-FCL 1 and JAR-FCL 3 requirements.

Authorization of helicopter pilots is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to Convention on International Civil Aviation, JAR-FCL 2 and JAR-FCL 3 requirements.

Authorization of flight engineers is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to Convention on International Civil Aviation, JAR-FCL 4 and JAR-FCL 3 requirements.

Authorization of air traffic controllers is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to Convention on International Civil Aviation and the "Regulation establishing the technical requirements and administrative procedures relating to the certificates of air traffic controllers" approved by Government Decision No.134/27.02.2019.

Authorization of pilots of gliders, baloons, flight dispatch and cabin crew is performed in accordance with Annex 1 to Convention on International Civil Aviation and the national regulation RAC - APL.
